You get invited
An invitation to a team or an event arrives as a direct message in Telegram. "Accept" or "Can't make it" – one tap, no explanation needed.
You run the session
The roster and attendance are on your phone. The bot reminds you to mark who came. Your rating builds itself.

A rating that can't be gamed
Only someone who actually turned up and was marked present can rate you. Below three ratings you appear as "New coach" rather than a low score – one stray rating won't damage your reputation.
Invitations always need your yes
The organiser invites, you decide. Declining takes one tap, no explanation. Leave a team and your past events and ratings stay with you.
Everything to hand on the day
The roster with names and photos, "Came / Didn't come", and an "Everyone came" button in one tap. A series of sessions sends you one summary message, not twelve separate ones.
You're visible everywhere
Your card with its rating appears on every event you run – in the catalogue, in the feed and on the organiser's page. One tap and they're in your profile.
